The Great Fire of London for KS1 & KS2

It begain this morning....in Pudding Lane

Samuel Pepys: 2nd September 1666

A multimedia experience for pupils as they hear and see the events unfold that ravaged London in the 1600's.  

Joining two costumed actors as Thomas & Sarah, two Londoners caught up in the Fire is Samuel Pepys, "live" on a giant video screen, as he reports on the fire through his famous diary extracts.


The show also features special theatrical effects to re-create the fire.

The session lasts approximately 1.5 hours, and can be fitted around a morning or an afternoon.

RECOMMENDED CLASS/GROUP SIZE: 35 approximately

(we recommend this size of group in order for the pupils to get the most out of the interactive nature of the session.  Should you have larger classes or groups, please contact us to enquire about booking multiple sessions)
